For my graduation project I with 91Springboard as a Product Designer. For my project I looked at the companies product and researched user from a systems thinking perspective. After which I worked on understanding and improving the user experience. I started with Systems research and then defined problems to solve, I then ideated solutions both digital and physical as well as service related after which I went ahead with developing and prototyping an app for the company which distributes users among the various hubs equitably and helps users conduct various functions of user experience. I also developed a product which helps reducing noise in open work spaces. The work is still under the process of documentation and will be put up on the page when it is done.
